In more detail : You enter Casa Abelia into a grand vaulted Hallway with amazing mountain views , and direct access to the Salon, an elegant vaulted Reception room with fireplace and arched French windows to the Courtyard and gardens. Beautifully furnished with French oak parquet flooring, chandeliers, wall sconces and panelling. A secret door in the panelling reveals the Master Bedroom Suite. Very spacious vaulted bedroom opening onto the Courtyard and a huge terrace overlooking the Pool and with great views. White marble bathroom with mirror panelled bath, separate WC and bidet and vast walk-in double shower. Well fitted Dressing room.

Wet room and huge laundry. Rosa our maid comes in 5 mornings a week and discreetly cleans and tidies the Villa. Extra hours available for private laundry etc . can be arranged.
The Main guest suite is on the top floor and has the best views of the mountains, countryside and surrounding Golf courses. A private sun terrace and balcony provide two distinct aspects. The marble bathroom has a double rolltop bath and separate walk-in shower room. Adjacent is a twin bedroom.
Bedroom 4 on the first floor is a large twin/double room opening onto the sun terrace which overlooks the Pool and gardens. En-suite shower room/WC connects with Bedroom 5 also a double or twin.
Bedroom 6 is a double room with en-suite shower/WC and has it’s own private courtyard terrace.
The Villa is centrally heated and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Wifi, music systems with iPod docks, 2 Sky TV systems.
